乙二胺/磷酸溶液烟气脱硫试验研究

Experimental study on flue gas desulphurization by ethylenediamine/phosphoric acid solution

摘要 以乙二胺/磷酸混合溶液为吸收剂,先后进行间歇和连续烟气脱硫试验,连续试验参数由间歇试验确定。试验显示,当贫液pH值保持在4.8左右、富液pH值保持在3.7左右时,在循环操作期间SO_2吸收率可长时间保持在95%以上。在此pH值范围内,贫液SO_2吸收速度较快、吸收容量较高,富液解吸较容易,系统处于工业应用所需的稳定循环状态。 Experimental studies of flue gas desulphurization(FGD) were carried out,intermittently and continuously, by using ethylene diamine/phosphoric acid aqueous solution as absorbent and experimental parameters for continuous operation were determined based on the results of intermittent operation.The experiments showed that,when the pH value of lean solution was maintained at about 4.8 and that of rich absorbent at about 3.7, SO_2 absorption efficiency could reach over 95%for a long time during recycling operation.In this range of pH values,lean solution had faster absorption rate and higher capacity for SO_2 and rich solution was regenerated easily, which brought the system into a stable recirculation state essential to industrial application.
