摘要
以番茄品种中杂9号为材料,在温室盆栽条件下,研究了单施化肥、单施堆肥和混施堆肥对番茄生长及根际土壤微生物的影响。结果表明,单施堆肥和混施堆肥可显著提高番茄的总生物量、茎生物量,促进番茄根系生长,提高番茄单株产量、单株果数和单果重,显著增加番茄根际土壤的细菌、放线菌和真菌数量。
Using the variety of Zhongza No.9 as experimental material,the impacts of core-straw compost on biomass,yield and soil microorganisms of tomato were studied adopting greenhouse pot culture method.The results showed that single application or mixed application of compost both promoted root growth of tomato,and increased its total and stem biomass,yield,number of fruit and single fruit weight,also increased the numbers of bacteria,fungi and actinomycetes in root rhizosphere.
