摘要
以荠菜为原材料,比较干法、湿法、微波消解3种不同消解方法对测定荠菜中Ca、Mg、Fe、Zn、Cu、Mn元素含量的影响。通过不同消解方法处理后,利用原子吸收分光光度计测定样品中的6种金属元素的含量。结果表明,测定荠菜中的Ca、Mg、Fe、Zn、Cu、Mn 6种元素含量时,微波消解法相对于其他两种预处理方法具有较高的回收率,在99.41%~100.25%之间;相对标准偏差(RSD)在6%以下。这说明对植物样品中的金属元素测定而言,微波消解法处理样品可以有效提高测定结果的准确性和重复性。
The Capsella bursa pastoris samples were used to analyze effects of various digestion procedures on assaying content of Ca,Mg,Fe,Zn,Cu,Mn in Capsella bursa pastoris.With dry ashing,wet ashing and microwave digestion for Capsella bursa pastoris,it was evaluated that contents of Ca,Mg,Fe,Zn,Cu,Mn in the samples by Flame Atomic Absorption Spectrometry(FAAS).A higher recovery ranging from 99.41 % to 100.25 % and relative standard deviations below 6 % in the detection of these trace elements were obtained when Capsella bursa pastoris samples were pretreated with microwave digestion procedure instead of dry ashing or wet ashing method.Obviously,using microwave digestion to plant samples can improve the determination accuracy and repeatability of trace elements in plant samples.
