摘要
滤汁的稳定处理可大大提高糖厂效能和产品质量,挡板式滤汁快速沉降系统在糖厂的使用表明:设备性能稳定、操作简单、澄清处理效果好,待处理的滤汁不回流,沉清汁完全达到直接入蒸发罐要求,泥汁直接去真空吸滤机或压滤机,较好地解决了滤汁难处理的问题。
The stability of the filter juice processing can greatly improve efficiency and product quality. The application of baffle-type rapid subsidence filter system in the sugar mill shows that it has stable equipment performance and simple operation. The clarification treatment effect is good. The filter juice is not backflow. The request of completely enter into the evaporation tank of the clear juice could reached. The mud juice goes directly to vacuum filter or filter press. It is a better solution to the problem of the intractable filtered juice.
