基于无机元素特征的不同产地鳖甲药材质量分析 被引量:7

摘要 为研究中药鳖甲中元素的分布规律及其与药材产地之间的关系,探讨鳖甲中无机元素的特征,采用电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)测定了10批鳖甲样本中10种无机元素含量,根据元素含量的高低分布状态建立了鳖甲药材相关的无机元素指纹图谱,运用"总体特征分布分析-主成分与系统聚类分析结合-因子分析"的三级分析方法,对选取的特征元素进行了分析。结果表明,主成分分析选出4个主因子,得出鳖甲的特征元素为Fe、Mn、Zn、Ca、Cu;与系统聚类分析结果相结合显示,无机元素分布特征与鳖甲的产地关系显著;通过因子分析方法,初步揭示了无机元素与鳖甲药理作用之间的相关性;三级分析方法是鳖甲无机元素分析的有效方法。 To study the characters of concentration of 10 elements in Carapax trionycis and make an attempt at for looking for differentce among regions where samplers are obtained, the content of inorganic elements such as Na, Mg, K, Ca, Mn, Fe, Ni, Cu, Zn and Se in 10 Carapax trionycis samples was determined by ICP - MS. With the systematic analytic methods, including the analysis of total element distribution, by principal component analysis, systematic cluster analysis of the characteristic element, and the factor analysis, the inorganic element fingerprint chromatogram of Carapax trionycis based on the content of 10 inorganic elements was constructed. Based on the characteristic elements selected by principal component analysis, the result of systematic cluster analysis showed consistency with the breeds of Carapax trionycis. The method was founded to be informative, accurate, and highly intuitive, and can be used to reveal the characteristic of inorganic elements in medicinal plant and animal. The results also shows that these elements have relativity with pharmacological function of medicinal plant and animal.
