浅析俄罗斯萨扬-舒申斯克水电站7号和9号机组事故原因 被引量:27

摘要 《2009年8月17日发生在俄罗斯水电集团无限股份责任公司萨扬——舒申斯克水电站分公司的事故原因技术调查报告》虽已多方面地分析了该事故发生的原因,但仅阐述了2号机组的事故过程,而对毁坏严重的7号和9号机组的事故过程及原因未作说明。本文综合该报告有关资料及现场毁坏的图片,在推测还原7号和9号机组事故过程的前提下,进行相应的数值计算,分析论证其事故原因。其结论是:7号和9号机组极有可能遭遇了负荷转移引起的增负荷、电气短路引起的甩负荷、导叶拒动引起的飞逸,以及进入不容许IV区,机组剧烈振动导致轴系失稳、转子与定子摩擦碰撞、巨大的水击压力引起的抬机和顶盖张裂等一系列事故。其中,负荷转移进入不容许IV区、长时间飞逸且振动很大,是7号和9号机组毁坏严重的根本原因。 Technical Investigation Report——Causes of the Accident on August 17,2009 at the RusHydro P.S.Neporozhny Sayano-Shushenskaya HPP Branch,presents an analysis on the causes of unit 2 damage from several aspects.Units 7 and 9 that are not included in this report,however,were actually damaged as severely as unit 2.This paper gives numerical analysis and argumentation based on the information in the report,some in-site pictures of the accident and the speculated failure process of units 7 and 9.We concluded that these two units most likely encountered a series of incidents that were caused by several extreme hydraulic transient conditions——load augment caused by load transfer and load rejection by electrical short circuit at first,then units running away by vane tripping and units severe vibration in the unallowed zone IV,and finally,shaft instability,rotor and stator rubbing and mutual colliding,machines lifting and turbine roof rifting under huge water hammer pressure.Of all these,load transfer,zone IV operation,longtime unit runaway and longtime severe vibration should be the major causes.
