摘要
本文针对如何通过DSO6104L示波器的LAN接口实现网络测量问题,介绍了其网络连接要求、自动实现LAN设置和手动实现LAN设置的方法及利用LabVIEW驱动程序,在LabVIEW2010环境下,实现脉冲幅度测量程序设计,该方法充分利用了仪器本身资源,达到了通过GPIB接口控制示波器的同样效果,读者可以直接利用程序中的原代码,避免程序设计中繁琐调试过程,对程序设计者具有很高的参考借鉴价值。
The paper mainly introduces how to control DSO6104L oscillograph to realize signal testing via LAN interface.It introduces the network connection requirement,the setting of LAN manually and autometic.The paper also designs a program to realize impulse extent testing with LabVIEW driver in LabVIEW 2010.The method makes full use of the instrument itself.It's as good as controlling the oscillogragh via GPIB inerface.The codes could be used derictly without complex debugging.It's an important reference to programmers who work on testing.
