摘要
经济越发展,新旧职业的更替越快,转岗越频繁。因而有学者认为,当今大学毕业生转岗频繁的现实,需要"突出"职业核心能力的培养,"重新定位"职业培训的教学目标。但数据表明,当今大学毕业生转岗频繁的原因并非新旧职业更替所致。因而,主张突出职业核心能力培养、重新定位职业培训的教学目标,恐有不妥。另外,"职业核心能力"的提法、地位,以及培养这一能力的教育分工等,也需要重新考虑。
Some scholars believe that the conditions of frequent job-hopping of college graduates need to strengthen the training of professional core competence,to reposition the teaching goal of career training.But statistics show that the reason for frequent job-hopping is not career change.So the teaching goal of strengthening the training of professional core competence and repositioning career training seems improper.And we also should re-examine Professional core competence and its status.
