摘要
就业问题已成为关系到我国改革和稳定的全局性问题,破解就业难题,需要对经济发展与三次产业就业人口增长问题进行数量分析。结果表明,随着经济发展,第一产业对劳动力的需求程度呈逐步下降趋势,而第二产业则能够发挥对劳动力容纳作用,但第三产业对劳动力的需求倾向更高。因此,需要大力提升第一产业劳动者综合素质,增强其就业能力;保持第二产业的持续、快速、健康发展,创造就业岗位;充分挖掘第三产业的就业空间,缓解就业压力,促进经济社会可持续发展。
Employment has become related to the overall situation of China's reform and stability problem. Solving the employment problem, it needs to quantitative analysis on economic development and employment population' s addition in tertiaryindustries. The results showed that with economic development, the primary industry demand for labor was gradually decreased, while the secondary industry was able to play the role of labor capacity, but the tertia- ry industry tendency to higher demand for labor. Therefore,it needs to greatly improve the primary industry workers' employability; to maintain the secondary industry's sustained, rapid and healthy development and create more jobs; to exploit the tertiary industry employment completely, to ease the employment pressure, and promote economic and social sustainable development.
