摘要
师资队伍建设对于高职院校而言,既是重点又是难点。结构合理、相对稳定的专职教师队伍是保证教育质量的重要因素。数学模型从定量和定性的角度去分析、处理并解决所遇到的实际问题。利用马尔可夫过程建立教师队伍变化过程的数学模型,利用属性层次模型保证引进教师的质量,可以为高职高专院校进一步提高专职教师队伍科学化管理水平提供参考依据。
For the higher vocational colleges, the construction of teachers' team construction is not only important but also difficult. Reasonably-structure and stable teachers can ensure the quality of education. Mathematical model can handle and resolve the practical problems from the view of quantitative and qualitative. Markov model is used to establish the mathematical model of teachers change and Attribute Hierarchy model is used to the mathematical model that ensure the quality of the introduced teacher, Meantime, they provide a reference for higher vocational colleges of full-time teacher to enhance the scientific management.
