摘要
目的:观察电针天枢穴对慢传输型便秘大鼠结肠传输功能的调节,从电生理角度探讨针刺治疗慢传输型便秘的作用机制。方法:以饲喂复方苯乙哌啶饲料建立STC大鼠模型。模型大鼠分为电针组和模型组,予电针组电针双侧天枢穴,疗程14d,治疗结束后测定各组大鼠的结肠肌电活动。结果:正常组大鼠结肠慢波表现为规则的近似正弦波样曲线,频率为(14.56±4.01)次/3min,平均振幅为(0.18±0.04)mV。模型组大鼠结肠慢波则为极不规律的杂乱无章的曲线,频率、振幅分别为(23.33±6.66)次/3min,(0.26±0.04)mV,与正常组比较有显著差异性(P<0.05);电针组慢波波形接近正常组,频率为(15.89±5.34)次/3min,振幅为(0.19±0.04)mV,与正常组大鼠比较没有差异,与模型组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:STC大鼠存在结肠慢波节律异常;电针天枢穴可能通过改善结肠慢波节律,从而改善结肠的传输功能。
Objective: To observe the effect of electroacupuncture at Tianshu (ST 25) on colonic transit function, then to investigate the therapeutic action mechanism of electroacupuncture (EA) at Tianshu (ST 25) in STC. Methods: To develop a rat model of Slow transit constipation by feeding rats with diphenoxylate. Rat models were divided into EA group and model group. The model group rats were treated with EA at Tianshu. And the course of treatment was 14 days. After the treatment, the colonic electromyography activity was observed. Results: The colonic slow wave of normal rat represented as regular similar to sinuidal curve. Its frequency was (14.56±4.01) beats/3min, and average amplitude was (0.18±0.04)mV. The colonic stow wave of model rat represented as irregular haywire curve. Its frequency was (23.33±6.66) beats/3min, and average amplitude was (0.26±0.04)mV. There were significant deviation between these two groups in frequency and amplitude of the colonic slow wave (P〈0.05). The colonic slow wave form of EA group was similar to normal group. Its frequency was (15.89±5.34) beats/3min, and average amplitude was (0.18±0.04)mV. There were no difference between EA group and normal group in frequency and amplitude of the colonic slow wave. There were significant deviation in frequency and amplitude of the colonic slow wave, compared EA group with model group (P〈0.05). Conclusion: The colonic slow wave allorhythmia was existed in STC rat. The transit function could be improved by EA at Tianshu (ST 25).
