摘要
目的系统分析药物治疗高血压引起的不良反应,有针对性的提出应对措施,旨在提高临床安全用药水平,降低不良反应发生。方法以"高血压"、"不良反应"等为关键词检索中文CNKI数据库及相关网站,收集临床相关资料,并进行系统地分析研究。结果因患者身体而异,药物治疗高血压能够产生各种不良反应,可对人身体各个系统如消化系统、呼吸系统等产生不同的不良反应。结论临床用药过程中应综合多方面因素,制定最佳给药方案,才能以最低成本获得最佳治疗效果。
Objective To analysis the major adverse reactions of drug treatment of hypertension systematically,and to come up with response measures in order to increase the level of drug safety in clinical practice and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.MethodsSearch Chinese CNKI database and related Web sites considering＂hypertension＂,＂adverse reactions＂as the keywords,collect related clinical information and analysis them systematically.ResultsDrug treatment of hypertension can produce a variety of adverse reactions,which can produce different adverse reactions in various systems of human body,such as digestive and respiratory system by the body circumstance of patients.ConclusionThe clinician should synthesize various factors to establish the best dosage regimen,to get the best treatment as the lowest cost.
