摘要
目的:探讨低黏度包埋剂Eponate 12树脂在肾活检电镜技术中的应用。方法:选取40例肾活检穿刺标本,分为实验组和对照组各20例,分别采用低黏度包埋剂Eponate12和Epon 812包埋剂包埋处理标本,观察不同包埋剂及处理方法对肾活检电镜标本结果的影响。结果:低黏度包埋剂Eponate 12聚合时间短,全程标本处理耗时较传统包埋剂Epon 812缩短48~60h,组织、细胞超微结构保存良好,超薄切片的染色性能和图像反差佳。结论:使用低黏度包埋剂Eponate 12在保证切片质量的同时明显缩短制片时间,在肾活检电镜技术中不失为一良好选择。
Objective: To investigate the application of low viscosity resin embedding medium Eponate 12 in electron microscopy of renal biopsy. Methodology: Forty cases of biopsy specimens were divided into the experimental and control group. They were 20 cases with low-viscosity embedding medium Eponate 12 and 20 cases with Epon-812 embedding medium commonly used method for embedding specimen processing as control. The impact on the results in the different agents and treatment methods of embedding were observed. Results: The low viscosity embedding medium Eponate 12 polymerization time was short, the entire sample preparation time-consuming shortened 48 - 60h than that conventional Epon 812 embedding medium. The tissues and cell uhrastructure well-preserved, ultrathin sections stained a good performance and image contrast was used the low viscosity embedding medium Eponate 12 compared with using Epon- 812 embedding medium. Conclusion:The using of low viscosity embedding medium Eponate 12 ensuring the quality of production while significantly reducing the time of sample preparation can be better used in electron microscopy of renal bioosv.
