摘要
目的探讨念慈庵川贝枇杷膏对小鼠免疫功能的影响。方法采用小鼠炭粒廓清实验,测定对单核巨噬细胞的影响;分光光度测定法,检测血清溶血素。结果实验表明念慈庵川贝枇杷膏具有增强单核巨噬细胞的吞噬功能和促进溶血素抗体的生成。结论念慈庵川贝枇杷膏对免疫功能低下的小鼠的免疫功能有明显的增强作用。
Objective To study the effect of Niancian Chuanbei Pipa Gao on the immune function of mice. Methods The effect of Nianeian Chuanbei Pipa Gao on mononuclear maerophage with charcoal granule clearance experiment was examined, the serum hemolysin with spectrophotometry was detected. Results Nian- clan Chuanbei Pipa Gao can increased the phagocytosis function of mononuclear macrophage and promoted the formation of hemolysin antibody. Conclusion Niancian Chuanbei Pipa Gao can regulate the immune function of mice.
