摘要
建筑业作为我国新兴支柱产业,在其规模日渐上升的同时,其安全事故也随之上升,尽管有大量对其防治措施和安全管理理论的研究,但仍然不能有效地减少事故的发生,其根本原因正是现行建筑行业安全管理机制不利于施工安全防治手段的落实。本文通过分析建筑业现行安全管理体制中存在的问题,提出相应的改善建议。
Construction industry as a new pillar industry of China, the scale is increasing, and the security incidents is also rising. Although a large number of prevention measures and safety management theories has been taken, it still can not reduce the occurrence of the accident effectively, the fundamental reaston is that the current construction industry safety management system is not conducive to the implementation of control measures. This paper analyzes the current security management system construction problems, and puts forward suggestions for improvement.
