摘要
在大型土木工程建设中,诸如:道路、桥梁、隧道等,传统方法为埋设各种传感器后,技术人员现场通过对传感器进行逐个采集数据。这种数据采集方式不但成本高、效率低,且时效性差。本研究针对某大型工程项目设计了无线检测系统整个系统,系统由三部分构成:下位机部分、中间通信系统,和后台上位机部分。其中下位机部分是由嵌入式系统构成,主要是完成数据的采集;中间通信系统是连接上位机与下位机的通道,保证数据的远程通信;下位机收集数据后,通过RS-232串口通信将数据传递给后台数据处理系统,即上位机。最后实现了一个完整的检测系统,并重点介绍了上位机的实现。
Technical personnel collect data to sensor one by one on the scene after planting a variety of sensors using traditional method in the construction of large-scale civil engineering projects,such as roads,bridges and tunnels.The way of data acquisition is of high cost and low efficiency,also has poor timeliness.This study designs wireless detection system in view of one large-scale civil engineering project.The system is composed of three parts,that is,lower position machine part by embedded system,the duty is to complete the data collection;intermediate communication system is the channel which connects upper machine and lower position machine to ensure the remote communication of data;upper machine passes the data to the background processing system,namely upper machine,through the RS-232 serial communication after collecting the data.Finally,a complete detection system is achieved and the implementation of the upper machine is mainly introduced.
