纤维桩与金属桩核在磨牙冠修复的临床应用 被引量:4

摘要 目的比较固位增强温控变色石英纤维桩与铸造金属桩核在修复磨牙残根残冠的临床应用。方法 78例患者共86颗磨牙,随机分为纤维桩组和金属桩核组。纤维桩组41颗患牙,采用固位增强温控变色石英纤维桩进行桩核冠修复;金属桩核组45颗患牙,采用铸造金属桩核冠修复,修复体完成后3、6、12、24个月复查,评价临床效果。结果观察期间金属桩核组失访2例3颗修复体。对纤维桩核组41颗、金属桩核组42颗患牙进行3、6、12、24个月的随访观察显示:两组1年成功率差异无统计学意义(χ2=2.00,P>0.05)。纤维桩核组的2年成功率高于金属桩核组,两组差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.82,P<0.05)。结论与铸造金属桩核相比,固位增强温控变色石英纤维桩有较高的成功率,是一种效果良好的磨牙残根残冠修复方式。 Objective To compare the clinical effect of Quartz fiber-reinforced epoxy resin posts and casted metal posts in restoration of endodontically treated molar teeth.Methods A total of 86 molars of 78 patients were included.The molars were divided into group A and group B randomly.Group A contained 41 molars and were restored with Quartz fiber-reinforced epoxy resin posts and porcelain crown,while group B were restored with casted metal posts and porcelain crown.Patients were followed up for 3~24 months.Clinical examinations and radiograph were taken to evaluate the clinic effect.Results One case in Group A failed,and the successful rate was 97.6%.Seven cases failed in Group B,and the success rate was 83.3%.There are statistically significant difference between the two groups(P0.05).Conclusion The Quartz fiber-reinforced epoxy resin posts have a higher success rate than casted metal posts,with a good effect on restoration of endodontically treated molar teeth.
