摘要
从高校实验室管理体制改革的必要性出发,在对不同管理模式进行比较的基础上,确定了山西财经大学实验室管理体制改革的方案,通过制度创新化解了改革过程中出现的显性问题,也使其隐性问题正逐步得以解决。
After the comparison of different university laboratory management modes, the scheme of reformation is established as the modification of university laboratory management system is crucial. Additionally, not only the implicitness problems but also the implicitness issues which are involved in the process of the transfor- mation are solved by the innovations of the management modes.
