摘要
随着中国旅游业的蓬勃发展、互联网信息技术的应用及消费者需求的不断变化,在线旅行服务行业规模不断壮大,商业模式不断创新,成为旅游服务中最具活力且增长最快的领域之一,成为推动旅游服务业现代化发展的重要力量。本文在分析在线旅行服务的组成要素及基本概念基础上,总结了国内对在线旅行服务网站的研究分类,并进一步根据广义的分类标准,尝试分析构建在线旅行服务商业模式的类型体系,以期为相关企业发展和新企业进入在线旅行服务市场提供借鉴。
After three decades of development, Chinese tourism industry has entered into the mass tour era that is characterized by individual tours and Do-It-Yourself tours. With the vigorous development of the Chinese tourism industry, and strong growth and applications of the Intemet technology, online tourism services become the most vibrant and fastest-growing business, and taking more powerful influence for tourism industry modernization. Under the background of the booming online travel services, this article focuses on the basic study of the area. Firstly, summarize the concepts of online travel services, the online travel service provider, and the business model of online travel services. Secondly, compare the characteristics of online travel service and traditional travel service. Thirdly, systematically categorizes the different busi-ness models.
