摘要
目的探讨护士长夜查房对胸外科危重患者住院满意度的影响。方法将114例胸外科急救病房的危重患者随机分为对照组和观察组各57例。对照组采用常规方法,即由护士长每日3次对危重症患者进行查房;观察组8:30及15:00查房时间与对照组相同,但18:00的查房时间改为20:30。结果观察组查房时与患者沟通284例次,共解决302个问题,累计查房126h;两组危重患者满意度比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论护士长夜查房能对危重患者及其家属进行个性化沟通,提高患者满意度。
Objective To observe the practice of head nurse making nightly visits on satisfaction of critically ill patients in the department of thoracic surgery.Methods We randomly divided 114 critical ill patients in the department of thoracic surgery into a control group and an observation group,with 57 cases in each group.The control group were managed with the head nurse leading nurses on duty to make ward rounds at 8:30,15:00 and 18:00 every work day.The head nurses made ward rounds at 8:30,15:00,and 20:30 for the observation group.Results During ward rounds,head nurses had 284 times of communication with the observation group,and solved 302 problems,with visiting hours up to 126 h in total.There was significant difference in satisfaction between the two groups(P0.05,P0.01).Conclusion Head nurses′ making nightly visits improves the satisfaction of critical ill patients,and enables individual communication with patients and their relatives.
