摘要
随着煤矿开采强度的加大,浅部薄及中厚煤层已逐渐引起关注。薄及中厚煤层中的半煤岩巷进尺较低,成为制约矿井高产高效的瓶颈之一。结合吕沟煤矿半煤岩巷的掘进现状,采用数值模拟方法对其支护参数进行优化设计,将锚杆间排距扩大为850 mm×900 mm,巷道围岩塑性区变化不明显,锚杆(索)作用在弹塑性范围内,支护效果较好。
Shallow mining in thin and medium thick coal seams has been attracted attention with the more and more intensive mining.Low driving speed of half coal and rock roadway is one of bottlenecks to high yield and high efficiency.Based on driving existing condition of half coal and rock roadway in Lügou Coal Mine,numerical simulation optimization on parameters of bolt supporting was performed.Row and line space of bolting supporting was increased to 850 mm×900 mm.The change of plastic zone of roadway surrounding rock was unconspicuous,and stress of supporting were in the rational range,the supporting effects were good.
