NaCl胁迫对玉米幼苗脯氨酸和可溶性蛋白质含量的影响 被引量:6

摘要 通过砂培试验,研究了不同耐盐性玉米品种在NaCl胁迫下的脯氨酸和可溶性蛋白质含量的变化。结果表明,NaCl胁迫下,脯氨酸和可溶性蛋白质含量在2个玉米品种间、NaCl质量分数间和NaCl胁迫时间间的差异均达到极显著水平。NaCl胁迫下,2个玉米品种的脯氨酸和可溶性蛋白质含量均高于对照,耐盐品种郑单958的脯氨酸含量(121.5μg/g)极显著高于盐敏感品种齐单1号(36.2μg/g);NaCl胁迫7~15 d,郑单958可溶性蛋白质含量呈先升高后降低的趋势,而齐单1号可溶性蛋白质含量呈逐渐下降趋势。可见,脯氨酸和可溶性蛋白质含量可以作为玉米耐盐性鉴定的依据。 Variance of proline and soluble protein contents of different salt tolerant maize cultivars under NaCl stress was studied by sand culture experiment.Maize seeds of a salt tolerant cultivar Zhengdan 958 and a salt sensitive cultivar Qidan 1 were germinated and grown in sand with 0,0.2%,0.4%,0.6%,0.8% and 1.0% NaCl,respectively,and then the contents of proline and soluble protein in leaves were measured.The results showed that variance between varieties,NaCl concentrations and days of NaCl stresses reached a significant level of the contents of proline and soluble protein.The contents of proline and soluble protein in two maize varieties were higher under NaCl stress than the control.The proline content of Zhengdan 958(121.5μg/g) was significantly higher than Qidan 1(36.2μg/g).From the 7th to the 15th days under NaCl treatment,the soluble protein content of Zhengdan 958 exhibited a trend to increase first and then decrease,while the soluble protein content of Qidan 1 gradually declined.It concluded that the contents of proline and soluble protein could be used for maize salt-tolerance identification.
