摘要
针对电力变压器中局部放电的准确定位问题,将超声波相控阵技术引入局部放电定位中.基于超声波相控阵理论,考虑在运行变压器中的应用环境,在对传感器各个组成部分的材料及特性进行综合分析的基础上,研制成功了16×16阵元的平面超声波相控阵传感器.该传感器具有阵元数多、尺寸小、定位精度高及可适用于高温液体中的优点,适合于放入变压器内部进行信号的接收,传感器单个阵元中心频率为150kHz,带宽为100kHz.使用压电声源和油间隙放电等模拟实验对阵元的性能进行了实测,结果表明,该传感器能够对局部放电产生的超声波信号进行灵敏接收.实验室中的模拟定位实验结果表明,该传感器适用于对变压器中局部放电的定位.
to locate the partial discharge (PD) in power transformer, phased-ultrasonic receiving- planar array transducer technology is introduced. Considering the operation environment and material properties of transducer, a 16 ×16 phased-ultrasonic receiving-planar array transducer is developed, which is suitable for power transformer due to its smaller size and higher location ability, especially in high temperature insulation liquid. The center frequency and band with reach to 150 and 100 kHz, respectively. The piezoelectric source and oil interstitial discharge are examined to detect the transducer performance in lab. The experimental results show the perfect ultrasonic receiving characteristics.
