摘要
针对履带式行走装置行驶路面特性复杂多变的特点,结合农业机械实际工作情况,查阅相关文献,总结农业履带行走装置的设计思路;以农业机械的实际工作环境为背景,对履带式行走装置以及关键机构的设计、参数的确定等问题进行了分析研究;就履带式行走装置在水平面内的接地长度、履带宽度和轨距,驱动轮、导向轮及支重轮设计参数进行分析;同时,又要考虑履带宽度和接地长度的取值不会影响转向性能和整机尺寸。由此为农业用履带行走装置的设计提供了设计思路和方法。
Aim at Crawler running gear for the complex characteristics of the road,combined with the actual working condition of agricultural machinery,access to relevant literature,put forward on the basis of agricultural crawler walk device design idea,with the actual working conditions of agricultural machinery for background,for caterpillar walk device and key mechanism design,parameter determination of problems are analyzed and studied,analyzed caterpillar walk device in the ground contact length of track,Width of track and the track gauge and crawler drive wheels,guide wheel,supporting wheel design parameters.At the same time,consider Width of trac and ground contact length of track will not affect to performance and equipment size,provides design ideas and methods for agricultural use crawler walk device.
