摘要
绩效考核是提高我国煤炭企业运营机制的一项有效策略。现行的绩效考核方法存在着诸多不足之处。360度绩效考核具有一定的应用价值,可以克服非市场因素所带来的消极影响。在现行的经济体制下,煤炭企业360度绩效考核的实施具有多重路径,且需要克服多种阻碍因素。
The performance appraisal is an effective strategy to improve operational mechanism of China's coal business.There exist deficiencies in current performance appraisal method.360 degree performance appraisal has certain application value,can overcome negative impacts of non-market factors.The 360 degree performance appraisal of coal companies can be implemented in multiple channels,and need to overcome obstacles in the current economic system.
