摘要
天津津工超市配送中心已经成为连锁商业物流配送的成功范例。文中重点从分工与战略合作的运营模式、配送对象的不断拓展、货物分类仓储与配送的方式、分时段作业以充分利用设施与设备、先进物流信息技术与设备的研发五个方面来分析津工超市配送中心成功运营的经验。这些经验值得连锁商业物流配送企业(尤其是连锁超市配送企业)借鉴。
Jingong supermarket distribution center has become a successful example of chain business logistics.This article focuses on operating mode of the division of labor and the strategy of cooperation,the constantly expanding of distribution object,the goods classification methods of warehousing and distribution,the scheduled operations to take advantage of facilities and equipment,the research and development of advanced logistics information technology and equipment to analyze Jingong supermarket distribution center experiences of successful operation.These experiences should be chain business logistics and distribution companies（especially distribution centers for chain supermarkets） for reference.
