摘要
[目的]探讨新疆地区三级甲等医院护理人员职业倦怠现状。[方法]采用一般情况问卷及职业倦怠问卷,对新疆三级甲等专科医院和综合医院的497名护理人员职业倦怠情况进行测试。[结果]不同医院类型、科别、年龄、工龄、学历、职称、职务、民族、婚姻状况等对护理人员职业倦怠各维度有影响,尤其是情绪耗竭和消极怠慢两方面。与国外Maslach常模比较,本组护理人员倦怠状况显著高于国外常模(P<0.01)。[结论]新疆三级甲等医院护理人员的职业倦怠总的来说不严重,但情绪耗竭水平较高,不同人口学特征对护士的职业倦怠水平有影响。
Objective:It probed into the status quo of job burnout of nursing staff in the third grade and class A hospitals of Xinjiang area.Method: A total of 497 nurses were measured on their job burnout by adopting general condition questionnaire and job burnout questionnaire.Results: Different type of hospital,department,age,length of service,education background,job title,post,nationality,marital status of nursing staffs had influence on every dimensions of job burnout,particularly on the two aspects of emotional exhaustion and inactive cold shoulder.Compared it with foreign Maslach norm,the job burnout state of this group nursing staff was significantly higher than that of foreign norm(P0.01).Conclusion:Generally speaking,job burnout of nursing staff in the third grade and class A hospitals of Xinjiang is not serious.However,nursing staff have higher level of emotional exhaustion.Nursing staff with different demographic characteristics had some influences on job burnout level of them.
