摘要 我国的幼儿教师配置不均衡主要表现在教师质量结构失衡、教师编制方案城市偏向严重和教师不合理流动突出等问题上,究其根源有政府财政投入差异显著、城乡二元结构体制制约和市场条件下的趋利性等影响因素,应从幼儿教师配置方式多元化、增加农村幼教经费投入和建立合理的教师流动机制等三方面来优化幼儿教师资源配置,促进学前教育均衡、优质、快速发展。 The imbalance of kindergarten teachers configuration which seriously affects the fair of preschool education's realization, is a major obstacle to restrict the quality and rapid development of pre-school education. And the imbalance is mainly manifested in the uneven structure of teacher quality, teacher preparation programs and teacher flow, which there are many problems. The reasons can be traced with the significant difference of government financial input, the constraints of urban-rural dual structure system and the benefits under the market conditions. The balanced, sound and rapid development may be obtained by upgrading teachers' configuration in the aspects of diversification of teachers' configuration, increase of fund inputs and the construction of job shift mechanism.
