摘要
阿尔茨海默病(AD)是最常见的痴呆类型。轻度认知功能障碍是正常老化和AD之间的移行阶段,对其进行早期识别与干预可延缓AD病程进展。神经心理学量表已成为MCI诊断中不可或缺的一部分,但目前尚缺乏简单客观的诊断工具。本文就国内外MCI量筛查量表的研究进展进行综述。
Alzheimer＇ s disease （AD） is the most common type of dementia. Mild cognitive impairment （MCI） refers to the transitional stage between cognitively normal and early AD. It is believed that early identification and timely intervention could effectively suspend the disease progression of AD. Neuropsycho- logical scale has been turning into a vital part for MCI diagnosis. However, the exactly objective and simple diagnostic tool is unavailable nowdays. In this article, we reviewed the progress of the screen scale of MCI.
