摘要
目的了解南通市化妆品卫生质量,以加强监督管理,保障广大消费者的使用安全和健康。方法于2010年对南通市登记在册的生产化妆品企业20家进行了监督检查,对生产企业和销售市场176件化妆品进行了抽检。结果 4类化妆品生产企业每批产品出厂前是否进行卫生质量检验和生产车间总面积是否≥100 m2的合格率较高,分别达到95.65%和91.30%,而使用的原料是否有相应的检验报告的合格率较低,仅有70.00%。从4类176件样品检测结果来看,发用类产品的抽检合格率较高,为100%;而美容修饰类产品抽检的合格率较低,为88.24%。结论随着该市对化妆品卫生监督管理力度不断加大,化妆品的生产、销售的卫生安全质量有了很大的提高,但仍存在一些问题,应积极改进。
[Objective]To learn the sanitary quality of cosmetics in Nantong city,so as to strengthen the supervision and management,ensure the safety and health of consumers. [Methods]The supervision and inspection was conducted in 20 cosmetics production enterprises which were registered in Nantong city,176 cosmetic samples from production enterprises and sales market were tested. [Results]In 4 kinds of cosmetics production enterprises,the qualified rates of hygienic examination before ex-factory of every production and total workshop area ≥100 m2 were high,reached 97.06% and 91.42% respectively.The qualified rate of test report for material was low,only 70.00%.The examination results of 176 samples showed that the qualified rate of hair products was high（100%）,and that of beauty products was low（88.24%）. [Conclusion]With strengthening the supervision and management for sanitary quality of cosmetics in the Nantong city,the sanitary quality of cosmetics production and sale has been greatly enhanced.But there still exists some problems,which should be improved.
