摘要
目的探讨GSS固定经椎弓根椎体内植骨对患者腰椎骨折患者的腰椎复位及神经功能改善情况。方法 62例患者取俯卧位,插管并全麻,在X线下将GSS系统连接杆安装到位后留管。结果治疗后患者的前缘高度明显增高,后凸cobb角和压缩角度明显减小,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);患者治疗后神经功能平均分(5.7±1.4)分,明显高于治疗前(3.6±1.2)分,患者神经功能明显好转,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 GSS固定经椎弓根椎体内植骨手术对于腰椎骨折患者具有较满意的临床疗效,不仅对恢复脊椎骨原有形态具有良好作用,同时能促进神经系统的恢复,提高患者生活质量。
Objective To discuss the lumbar spine and nerve function improvement of GSS vertebral pedicle bone graft fixed in vertebral fractures patients. Methods Patients placed in prone position, intubation and general anesthesia, and installed the connecting rod of GSS system in the X-ray. Results The edge height after treatment increased, cobb angle of kyphosis and compression point decreased ( P 〈 0.05 ). Neurological average score ( 5.7 ± 1.4 ) after treatment was significantly higher than before treatment ( 3.6 ± 1.2 ) ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion It has better clinical effects of GSS vertebral pedicle bone graft fixed in vertebral fractures patients. It could restore the original form of spine, promote the recovery of nervous system and improve life quality.
