特发性黄斑裂孔治疗新进展 被引量：6

摘要 由于特发性黄斑裂孔（idiopathic macular hole，IMH）发病机制的阐明，玻璃体手术用于治疗IMH已经变得越来越普遍。术中使用曲安奈德能够提高内界膜的能见度，降低内界膜撕除的难度。同时近年经结膜无缝合玻璃体切割术的兴起，对其手术治疗有了更多的选择，但同时也提出了新的问题。本文综述了IMH的诊治演变、微创玻璃体手术以及黄斑裂孔形态与视力预后的关系。
