摘要
目的总结神经内镜下经鼻蝶入路鞍区肿瘤手术的护理配合经验。方法对37例鞍区肿瘤患者采用神经内镜下经鼻蝶入路鞍区肿瘤切除术,进行术前、术中护理配合。结果 37例手术配合默契,手术进行顺利,术后恢复良好,无严重并发症发生。结论术前加强患者心理护理,相关物品准备,术中熟练默契地配合手术,术后做好器械和仪器的养护工作,是手术成功的关键。
Objective To summarize nursing experience of patients treated with sellar tumor resection by endoscopic endonasal transsphenoidal approach. Methods 37 patients with sellar tumor who underwent sellar tumor resection by endoscopic endonasal transsphenoidal approach were treated with subsidiary nursing measures before and during the operation. Results Procedures were all successful on the 37 patients, no serious complications were observed and all patients recovered well. Conclusion Preoperative psychological care, skilled technique during the operation and postoperative instrument maintenance work can help to improve the success rate of the procedure.
