摘要
对TC4-DT合金板材在β相区热处理后的组织及性能进行了研究。结果表明:α相在晶内和晶界呈片状或针状析出,冷速越大,组织越细密,再经两相区处理后,组织趋于稳定化。随固溶时冷却速度的提高,合金板材室温强度逐渐提高,塑性变化不大。经990℃×45min,WQ+940℃×1h,AC+540℃×6 h,AC热处理得到的板材综合室温拉伸性能较好。
The microstructure and mechanical properties of TC4-DT alloy sheet heat-treated in β area were studied. The results show that a phase shows platelet or acicular inside the grain or at the grain boundary. The higher the cooling rate, the smaller the mierostructure. And with the following α-13 area heat treatment, the microstructure becomes stable. With the increase of cooling rate in solution treating, the tensile strength at room-temperature turns stronger, and the ductility doesn't changes obviously. The alloy sheet heat-treated at 990℃ for 45 min, WQ and at 940℃ for 1 h, AC and then at 540℃ for 6 h, AC has good room-temperature tensile property.
