摘要
以圆锥台为例,运用ABAQUS/Explicit建立弹塑性有限元模型,研究了半顶角(α)、工具头直径(D)和下压量(ΔZ)对零件壁厚和成形质量的影响。结果表明,半顶角对制件厚度变化起主导作用,其值越小,厚度减薄越严重;大工具头直径和小下压量有利于获得厚度分布均匀的制件。
Taking a cone as an example,an elastic-plastic finite element model was developed using ABAQUS/Explicit,then the influence of some relevant process parameters,such as half-apex angle(α),tool diameter(D) and tool depth(ΔZ),on the sheet thickness distribution and forming quality were discussed.The results show that half-apex angle has a great effect on sheet thickness distribution,the smaller the half-apex angle is,the bigger the sheet thickness thins;and a big tool diameter and a small tool depth make the thickness distribution more uniform.
