摘要
利用金相显微镜、扫描电子显微镜、布氏硬度计等仪器对低合金钢履带板试样的微观组织、力学性能进行了研究。分析了低合金钢履带板铸造裂纹产生的原因,并制定相应的措施。结果表明,通过放置冷铁、改善浇冒系统和加强除杂除氧的工艺措施后,铸件组织均匀、晶粒细小、裂纹明显减少。
The microstructure of the low alloy steel tread shoe was observed using optical microscope(OM) and scanning electronic microscope(SEM).And the mechanical properties were studied.The mechanism of the casting crack has been analyzed and the related measures have been taken.The results show that as casting structure gets uniform、crystal grains get tiny and the number of casting crack decreases significantly,after putting iron chill beside hot spot、improving the gating system and strengthening the technology of deoxidization.
