摘要
采用离心铸造生产高镍铬钼复合轧辊,其辊身常出现裂纹缺陷,成为制约产品质量提高的重要影响因素。通过对辊身裂纹的特征及产生原因的分析,提出了应对措施,有效地控制和减少了辊身裂纹缺陷,提高了产品合格率。
High nickel chrome molybdenum compound ductile iron roller was produced by centrifugal casting. Crack defects often appeared in the roll barrel, which became the important influencing factors to restrain the improvement of product quality. Through analyzing the characteristics and origination of crack in the roll barrel, the countermeasures were put forward. Through the countermeasures, crack in the roll barrel is effectively controled and decreased, increasing the qualification rate of the roller.
