宁夏地区小肠结肠炎耶尔氏森菌监测分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探讨宁夏地区小肠结肠炎耶尔森氏菌感染性腹泻及其合并症的流行状况、宿主分布情况、流行菌株的型别和毒力特征。方法:采集动物和腹泻患者粪便标本以及鼠疫自然疫源地野生鼠盲肠内容物进行小肠结肠炎耶尔森氏菌增菌培养,并对阳性菌株进行血清学分型和毒力基因检测。结果:样本分离出56株小肠结肠炎耶尔森氏菌,猪的带菌率最高,总的阳性率9.4%,其余样本未分离到菌株。所分离菌株的血清型主要以O:3、O:5、O:8、O:9为主,其中致病性小肠结肠炎耶尔森氏菌血清型以O:3为主,O:9次之,O:5、O:8为不致病或弱致病性菌株。对临床分离的56株菌进行ail、YstA、virF、YadA和YstB 5种毒力基因检测,其中O:3、O:9血清型菌株前4种毒力基因均为阳性。结论:本省小肠结肠炎耶尔森氏菌流行以O:3血清型为主,猪为主要宿主。其中O:3、O:9血清型携带4种毒力基因,为致病菌株。 Objective:To survey the epidemic situation of infectious diarrhea and complications,the distribution situation of host and the type and virulence characteristics of epidemic bacteria Yersinia enterocolitica in Ningxia area.Methods:The stool specimens of animals and patients with diarrhea and the cecal contents of wild mouse in natural foci of plague were collected and then Yersinia bacteria were cultured.The serotypes and virulence gene detection of positive strains were identified eventually.Results:56 strains of Yersinia enterocolitica were isolated from all samples.Pigs had the highest infection rate and the positive rate was 9.40%.No strain was isolated from the rest of samples.The serotypes of positive strains mainly concentrated in O:3,O:5,O:8 and O:9.The pathogenic serotype of Yersinia enterocolitica mainly was O:3,and the second place was O:9.Besides,the serotypes of nonpathogenic or weak pathogenic strains were O:5 and O:8.The virulence genes about ail,YstA,virF,Yada and YatB were detected for 56 clinical isolation strains.The strains with O:3 and O:9 serotype were positive for first four virulence genes.Conclusion:Yersinia popular in this province is mainly O: 3 serotype with pigs as the main hosts.O: 3 and O: 9 serotypes carry the four virulence genes as the pathogenic strains.
