工厂能效诊断中发热体表面散热损失的研究

摘要 发热体表面散热主要有自然对流散热、强制对流散热和辐射散热3种形式。介绍了这3种散热的一些简单应用,包括圆柱体、竖壁、横管、水平板、球体的自然对流散热和强制对流散热以及辐射散热的计算理论及公式,最后给出了一个圆柱体的算例,为能效诊断工作中此类问题提供参考。 The heating substance surface heat loss includes natural convection cooling,forced convection cooling and heat radiation. This paper describes these three simple applications of heat loss,theory and the calculation formula of natural convection cooling and forced convection cooling and heat radiation including a cylinder,vertical wall,horizontal tube,horizontal plate,and the sphere. Finally the example of a cylinder is given,which provides work reference for such problems in the energy efficiency diagnosis.
