摘要
为完善禽蛋自动分级生产线中检测装置的功能,在Pro/E中对检测装置进行了整体布局设计,利用Pro/Mechanism对检测装置中的凸轮称重机构进行了详细的结构设计和性能分析,并对检测装置中的传输系统进行了设计,得到了传输链的结构形式。通过对传输系统中的间歇传动机构的优化设计和仿真,最终得到了可靠的禽蛋传输系统。
To improve the function of the egg automatic grading line,the design and analysis of the inspection equipment of an egg automatic grading line is presented in this paper.First,the layout of the inspection machine is designed in Pro/E.Second,the structure design and performance analysis of a cam weigh system of the inspection machine is carried out in Pro/Mechanism.Then,the transportation system of the inspection machine is designed as well.Finally,the structure of the transmission chain is obtained.With the optimization design and simulation of the intermittent drive mechanism in the transportation system,the kinematic performance of the inspection equipment satisfies the system requirement.
