摘要
应用有限单元法和弹性理论,对齿推压式矿用挖掘机连接筒的应力特性进行分析研究,提出了一种能够方便快捷地确定斗杆连接筒近似应力的计算方法,为确定连接筒合理高度以及宽度等设计参数提供了依据。
The mechanical characteristics of the joint drum of the tooth pushing mine excavator are analysed with the FEM and the elasticity theory.A method of determining the approximate stress of the joint drum of the dipper handle rapidly and conveniently is put forward,which offers references for determining reasonable design data such as the height and the width of the joint drum.
