摘要
介绍了预应力管桩接桩类型及接头形式的发展。根据端板焊接接桩与机械快速接头接桩两种不同接桩方式分析了各自的施工特点、受力特性及应用条件。在此基础上,探讨了预应力管桩接桩质量对管桩整体承载水平和质量的影响,提出了管桩在接桩时的控制要点,为提高管桩接桩质量以及减少工程事故提供依据。
The paper introduced the development of connected pile type and the connector mode for the the pre - stressed pipe pile. According to the two different connected pile modes of the end plate welding connected pile and the mechanical rapid connector connected pile, the paper analyzed the each construction features, stressed features and application conditions. Base on the circumstances, the paper discussed the quality of the pre - stresses pipe pile connection affected to the completed loading level and quality of the pipe pile and provided the control points during the connection of the pile, which could provide the basis to improve the quality of the pipe pile connection and to reduce the project accidence occulted.
