摘要
介绍了测试系统,阐述了碳平衡法的油耗计算模型。针对现有汽车综合性能检测站开展油耗检测存在的问题,建立了碳平衡法汽油车油耗测量模型及测量系统。运用模块化的理念设计了用于稀释排气流量智能测量的锥形流量计和用于稀释排气成分浓度智能测量的气体分析仪。采用变频器调节电动机的转速来实现排气流量稀释系数的自动调节。使用VisualStudio.Net和虚拟仪器技术开发了相应的自动测试软件,并实现了数据的联网通讯。与油耗仪的对比实验表明,该测试系统的测量精度高,有很好的稳定性及可靠性。系统的开发能满足营运性车辆的燃油消耗检测与控制的目的,对汽车燃油消耗测量在检测线上的推广应用以及国家相关油耗法规的强制执行有重要的意义。
This paper introduc, ed the test system and theoretical model of calculating fuel consumption by carbon balance method. According to the problem which led to examine fuel consumption toughly in automotive multiple-function test station, gasoline vehicle fuel consumption measurement model based on carbon balance method was established. In order to measure the diluted exhaust gas flow rate in the diluted exhaust gas, a new V-cone flowmeter and a new gas analyzer were designed, which were based on the theory of modularization. The exhaust gas dilution ratio could be adjusted through changing the speed of the electric motor which is regulated by the frequency converter, and the automatic testing software was developed by using Visual Studio. Net and virtual instrument technology. Also, correspondence online was fulfilled. The comparison of measurement made between the test system and fuel consumption gauge indicated that the system had a high accuracy, well stabilization and reliability. The system can also be used to diagnose and control the fuel consumption in vehicle. It is important to popularize vehicle fuel consumption test at the check line, as well as carrying out relevant Jules of law.
