嗜麦芽窄食单胞菌的天然及获得性耐药机制研究进展 被引量:28

摘要 嗜麦芽窄食单胞菌,为条件致病菌,近年来感染率在不断增加。其不仅对多种抗生素存在天然耐药性,也可同过耐药基因水平转移获得对临床常见抗菌药物的耐药,本文综述了该菌对临床常见药物尤其是磺胺甲基异噁唑/甲氧苄啶的体外药敏情况,并阐述耐药基因对抗菌药物耐药的作用。 Stenotrophomonas maltophilia as a paradigm of an intrinsically resistant, opportunistic bacterial pathogen is becoming a common cause of infections. The bacterium has been found to contain a number of chromosomally encoded antibiotic resistance determinants. In addition, S. maltophilia can also capture novel resistant genes and acquire resistance to common clinical antibiotics through horizontal gene transfer. In this paper, we reviewed the in vitro activity of antibiotics against clinical S. maltophilia isolates in the world, especially trimethoprim-sulfamethoxazole as the treatment of choice worldwide, we also analyzed the contribution of the resistant genes to antibiotics resistance.
