摘要 甲状腺疾病是儿童内分泌系统常见病，包括甲状腺功能减低症（以下简称甲低）、甲状腺功能亢进症（以下简称甲亢）、甲状腺炎、甲状腺肿及甲状腺肿瘤等。儿童期发病的甲状腺疾病的临床表现差异很大，症状和体征具有非特异性和进展缓慢的特点，使甲状腺疾病的早期认识和临床诊断受到限制。儿童甲状腺疾病的诊断、治疗和监测对实验室检查有很强的依赖性，
