摘要
重点论述了农村饮水安全对保障农民群众健康和新农村建设成果的重要意义。分析了在建设中存在选址不规范、水质不合格、后续管理缺位造成的饮水设施闲置等问题,提出了规范审批程序、建立建设项目终身责任制、归口统一管理确保农村饮水安全工程长期发挥效益的解决措施。
It focused on the important significance of rural drinking water on safeguarding the life and health for the rural people as well as the rural construction achievements. It pointed out the problems in irregular choosing construction sites, unqualified water, defected follow-up management and idled drinking water facilities, then put forward some countermeasures like standardizing the procedure for examination and approval, establishing lifelong accountability for projects and centralizing management by specified departments to ensure the rural drinking water security project to give its full efficiency for a long time.
