摘要
当前我国高校知识产权教育还主要停留在法学专业的专业型教育这一层面,重视和加强非法学专业的知识产权普及型教育是开展自主知识产权战略、建设创新型国家的当务之急。基于建构主义的"知识、意识、能力、行为"四位一体的高校知识产权普及型教学模式,通过整合四类师资,开设四类课堂,讲授四块内容,实现四类目标,是解决当前问题的一种有益思考。而这一模式的核心问题在于如何有效实施学生课程学习成绩评价。
The current intellectual property education in Chinese universities are mainly limited to the education of the law science major. To emphasize and strengthen the universal education beyond law science is an urgent matter for building our national intellectual property strategy and constructing a new innovative economical country. A universal intellectual property education mode rooted in the quaternity eonstructivism of "knowledge, consciousness, capability and behavior" in universities, is developed through integrating four types of teachers, providing four types of classroom, lecturing four contents and achieving four kinds of targets. The core issue of this model is on how to evaluate the learninz performance of students.
