摘要
采用光学显微镜、扫描电镜、综合力学性能检测等手段,研究了Q345B钢板在冲压焊接工艺生产汽车桥壳的过程中出现的开裂现象。结果表明,Q345B钢板显微组织中的珠光体带状组织是造成桥壳开裂的主要原因。通过理论分析,优化设计了Q345B钢板化学成分,并对其冶炼、轧钢工艺进行精确控制,解决了开裂问题,各项性能满足客户的需求。
The cracking phenomenon of Q345B steel plate in the process of stamping and welding to produce automobile axle housing was studied by OM,SEM and comprehensive mechanical performance examination.The results show that the pearlite banded structure is mainly responsible for cracking.According to this,theoretical analysis was carried out to optimize the chemical composition of Q345B steel plate and precisely control the process of smelting and rolling.As a result,the problem of cracking was solved and the plate met customers' needs.
