摘要
介绍了一款新型"口"断面结构的轿车保险杠横梁,并利用LS-DYNA软件针对不同强度、厚度及断面结构的保险杠横梁进行低速碰撞(RCAR)仿真分析。结果表明在应用超高强度钢时,新型"口"断面结构横梁具有更好的耐撞性能,同时具有轻量化效果。
A novel bumper beam with new section structure is recommended. Crashworthiness performance of bumper system with different structure and materials is analyzed in the case of low speed crash cases (RCAR) using LS-DYNA. The results shows that the new section structure of bumper beam possess greater energy absorption with light-weighting effect using ultra high strength steel(UHSS).
