摘要 教育均衡发展问题是我国当前教育界关注的热门话题。教育均衡发展是对教育公平的诉求,是构建社会主义和谐社会的客观要求。民族地区教育发展滞后成为制约我国教育均衡发展的突出问题。文章对近十年来的相关研究文献进行梳理,发现我国学者主要探讨了教育公平视野下民族地区教育均衡发展的内涵、价值、影响因素、现状与策略,强调必须通过倾斜政策矫正民族地区教育的不均衡发展。文章认为,民族地区教育均衡发展的政策研究应成为未来关注的重点,应加强政策实施效果的评估研究,以了解民族地区教育均衡发展的动态变化过程。 The issue of education balanced development is a hot topic focused in the field of education at present.Education balanced development is an appeal to education fairness and objective requirement for construction of socialist harmonious development. The backwardness in ethnic -minority education has become an obvious problem impeding the balanced development in China's education.The essay combs out the relevant research documents of late ten years to find that our scholars have mainly studied the connotation,value,affecting factors,current situation and strategy of education balanced development in ethnic-minority region in the perspective of education fairness and stresses that the unbalanced development must be rectified in ethnic -minority region through inclination policy.The essay writer believes that the focus of attention for future should be set on the balanced development of education in ethnic -minority region and on the assessment and research of policy effect so as to learn about the movement for the balanced development of education in ethnic-minority region.
